Do your cosmetics contain nickel?

Based on the data received to date from our raw material suppliers, no heavy metals are intentionally added to the products as ingredients, as required by Annex II of EC Regulation No. 1223/2009.

However, we do not carry out analyses for heavy metals on production batches and therefore we cannot exclude the presence of technically unavoidable traces.

Are there any contraindications?

SkinSystem products are formulated with certified, safe and biocompatible active ingredients. To date, there are no known contraindications in the normal and reasonable proposed method of use, unless there are allergies to one of the ingredients that make up the product. In the case of pathologies, it is always a good idea to invite the customer to consult her doctor by showing him the INCI, before undergoing the treatment in the cabin.

Can your treatments also be done at home?

Can facial treatments also be done in the summer?

It is possible to carry out SkinSystem facial treatments even in the summer, taking care to use delicate peels during the exfoliation phase, always remembering to conclude the treatment with a cream with a sun protection factor, and recommending the customer to wear sun protection for exposure to the sun the following day.

Can I change the shipping date or address for my order?

At the moment, it is not possible to directly postpone the shipping of your order. Write a brief description of the damage found, including the order number and attaching images that highlight it.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to return or ask for a refund for an opened and used product.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery, for cash on delivery.

What is Afterpay?

We have added Afterpay to our payment methods! It is a financing method that allows you to purchase and receive the products immediately by paying them in 3 or 4 convenient equal installments with monthly expiry.

There are no additional costs if the installments are paid by the due date.

Upon confirmation of your order, you will be charged the first installment (equal to a third or a quarter of the total value of the order) while the subsequent installments will be charged in the following months.
